These plans are great for those who expect to incur medical expenses at the beginning of the year and don’t have the funds to pay for them. Your medical premiums will be higher, but your medical care expenses will be more predictable. The PPO option offers two different networks to choose from:

These plans are great for those who would like to pay less in monthly premiums. You will also be able to open a Health Savings Account with these plans which allows you to have more control over your health care spending. The HDHP option offers two different networks to choose from:

AbleTo

Sometimes life can be overwhelming especially when dealing with major life changes like an illness diagnosis or chronic pain. But help is now just a phone call away with AbleTo. This 8-week program is included with your Aetna coverage and gives you access to licensed therapists and behavior coaches. Every week, you’ll meet with your experienced care team (a behavioral coach and therapist). You’ll work with them to set goals and learn coping strategies in two private sessions per week.
